舒兆港，男，工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。目前为计算机科学与技术系主任、计算机应用研究所所长、云计算实验室负责人，同时也是中国计算机学会会员，福建省计算机学会理事。2008年毕业于华南理工大学，获工学博士学位。2008-2012年在福建星网锐捷网络有限公司工作，任高级工程师、项目经理，期间主持或参与多项网络交换机/路由器产品的研发。2012年至今，任职于suncitygroup太阳集团，2018年10月至2019年10月，作为访问学者在芬兰Aalto University的网络通信系MOSAIC实验室进行一年的访问研究。主要研究方向为软件定义网络与网络功能虚拟化、机器学习与智能化网络体系结构、5G网络切片技术、云计算与边缘计算等,是多个网络通信领域SCI学术期刊的审稿人，包括IEEE Network, IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, ACM/Springer Mobile Networks and Applications，Transactions on Mobile Computing等。截止目前，主持/参与国家/省部级科研项目5项，主持高校云计算重点实验室建设项目1项，横向项目5项，发表论文30多篇，SCI/EI期刊论文10多篇，他引1000多次，其中1篇SCI期刊论文入选ESI高被引论文。申请并授权7项发明专利和1项软件著作权。主讲的本科课程包括计算机科学技术导论、计算机网络、网络工程原理，主讲的研究生课程包括高级计算机网络、软件定义网络，独立撰写并出版1部计算机网络创新实验教材，主持3项省级/校级教改项目，并多次在院校青年教师教学比赛中获奖。
